《材料》
1.活泰國蝦1斤
2.白胡椒粉1大匙
3.五香粉1小匙
4.鹽少許
5.味精少許
6.20℃料理米酒半瓶
《做法》
1.首先準備一只陶鍋(如果無陶鍋,鐵鍋也可以,但陶鍋保溫效果較佳)
2.將活蝦放進陶鍋內,倒入半瓶20°C料理米酒及2~5號調味料和活蝦攪拌數下!
3.將拌好泰國蝦移至爐邊,開大火讓酒精揮發出來(這時會有火燄出現,沒有關係,讓酒精揮發出來)
4.當火焰不見時,再轉成小火,然後繼續煮 ;到酒水乾掉即可
(途中必須攪拌數下,防止鍋底燒焦)
(蒜頭是增加味道的,加了會比較香)
