Table of Contents
1.取下魚腸後先放置報紙上稍稍風乾一下!
2.倒適量的南極蝦精在免洗杯內,然後將魚腸全部放入,用免洗筷稍稍攪拌一下,放置約 5~10分鐘.
3.在乾淨的報紙上倒上約1:3的鰻魚粉和赤尾青粉,以免洗筷攪拌均勻.
4.將浸泡過蝦精的魚腸,一條條的夾出來裹粉,然後在放置報紙上稍微風乾一下.
5.取適量的魚腸(足夠釣一節的量)放置夾練袋中封起.
6.將所有分裝好的魚腸放置在保鮮盒中,然後保鮮盒外面再包一層報紙,然後再用塑膠袋包裝密封厚冰至冷凍庫即可!
