當我們作釣完時會把自己釣起來的蝦蝦在蝦場用烤箱烤來吃,常常是把蝦蝦洗ㄧ洗抹上一層鹽,
現在你還可以這樣烤來吃~~由高雄大社的蝦友教學~~粉好吃喔~~你也可以試試
作釣完的蝦蝦,用水洗ㄧ洗
先用一隻鐵串把蝦頭一隻隻串起來
再用第二支鐵串把蝦蝦的身體串起來
串好的蝦蝦放在烤箱烤
準備一水桶裡面放鹽+水調合(濃淡比例請自行調配)
在烤的過程要不斷翻烤及淋上鹽水(淋三次)讓鹽水吃進蝦體
這樣蝦蝦會烤的漂亮~蝦蝦吃起來有彈性~烤到蝦蝦不會在滴水出來,這樣就表示烤好了
烤好時蝦蝦不會太鹹,這樣烤會保留蝦蝦的甜味~~請你試試看!!
